Do you sell lamps other than table lamps?No, we specialize in table lamps only — for virtually any room of your home Do you sell custom, one-of-a-kind lamps?Yes, Lumen crafts many lamps in our own shop. The "Lumen made" logo indicates a lamp that we have designed and manufactured. Does each table lamp come with a shade?Yes, each lamp comes with the shade shown on our web site. Can we order table lamps by phone instead of online?Absolutely. You can order by phone Monday-Saturday, 10:00AM-5:00PM, CST by calling 615-356-9877. Please leave us a voicemail if your call is not answered immediately, and we will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours Can we purchase additional shades or replacement shades?Not at this time. We suggest that you consult your local Yellow Pages or Google Maps for lamp shades. Where do you ship table lamps?We only ship table lamps to states in the Continental United States. What does it cost to ship your table lamps?In the Continental United States, shipping is free via FedEx ground. Please call us at 615.356.9877 for expedited shipping. How do I know if your lamp is currently in stock?

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged only when we are ready to ship your lamps. You will receive an e-mail when your lamps are shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. What if we want to ship overnight or second day?Please call us using the Contact Us page and we will make the appropriate arrangements. Express shipping requires an additional shipping charge. Do you repair table lamps?No. We suggest that you consult your local Yellow Pages or Google Maps for Lamp Repair. What is your refund policy?If you need to return your table lamp for any reason, please ship it back to us within seven days and you will receive a 100% refund. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Why do I need to register for an online account with Lumen Lamps?
Setting up an account is not required unless you are purchasing one or more lamps. When you do buy lamps, we need your key information which helps us provide you the best customer service possible. Your information is secured by Network Solutions SSL and is NEVER sold or provided to any 3rd party.
