• I recently ordered two lamps from Lumen. Although they were very securely packaged one lamp arrived broken. There were holes on each side of the box so the damage was obviously caused by the carrier. I contacted Lumen immediately and spoke with Nick who arranged to have the broken lamp picked up the next day. Within two days I received a new lamp! The quality of products and the reasonable prices are only topped by the quick response to solve a problem and by the courteous manner in which it is done. This company deserves the highest rating!

• This web site is set up very user friendly and easy to find what you want. The number of lamps in each category is just great. I like Traditional, but had to check out some of the others. All of what I have seen pictured were incredible. When you buy one of these, people will surely ask who the dealer is. Also, the descriptions and pictures told you what you would want to know about a certain lamp. I especially liked the Lamp Tips. Many people do not know some of the tips that are listed here. Very helpful to all!
